I love living in the high Sonoran Desert, where the skies are clear and the desert is embraced with mountains, filled with color, life and beauty. I am a ‘people person’, which also means I'm passionate about my real estate career--my 3rd career actually.



A brief background snapshot: I was a successful actress in Los Angeles for many years, studying under the 'best' acting coaches in the business. Happily, many of those theater skills transfer. After all, theater work is about understanding human behavior--how to listen and relate to how people think and feel. I further refined those listening skills through my career as a professional photographer, enabling me to really 'get' what my clients were looking for and capturing those moments on film.

When I began my residential real estate practice 7 years ago I felt I was a natural. Now it's about capturing the vision of what my clients are looking for in a home and community and making that happen. And certainly in Scottsdale and Paradise Valley it's all about lifestyle.

So what does this mean to you as a potential client? In the 'theater' of residential real estate I take my 'role' very seriously. My approach is simple--assist you in making better real estate decisions, my byline. The role is less 'sales' and more educator and resource person. To that end I am a diligent student of the game, consistently tracking the local real estate markets--the specific market trends and idiosyncrasies of communities you're interested in.

When it comes time to sell, it's all about accurately identifying the 'sweet spot'--the 'real' price where a property will sell when properly staged and marketed.
